AI Solution Manager - AI & Cloud


Job Description:

The AI Solution Manager is a strategic and technical role designed to support and empower Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to grow their businesses by leveraging AI solutions from leading technology vendors such as IBM, Nvidia, Microsoft, and others on Arrow’s extensive line card. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to VARs, helping them identify opportunities, deliver value-driven solutions, and accelerate their adoption and sales of cutting-edge technologies. 

The AI Solution Manager will act as the bridge between Arrow, technology vendors, and VARs, ensuring alignment in technology offerings, enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies. 

By enabling VARs to effectively integrate and sell AI solutions, the AI Solution Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth across Arrow’s partner network and delivering innovative technologies to end customers. 

What You Will Be Doing

Reseller Enablement & Education: 

  • Educate VARs about AI solutions on the Arrow line card, including products and services from IBM, Nvidia, Microsoft, and others. 
  • Provide technical training, certifications, and workshops to upskill VAR teams and ensure they are equipped to sell and deploy solutions. 

Business Growth Strategy Development: 

  • Collaborate with VARs to create tailored business growth plans, including identifying key industries and customer segments for AI adoption. 
  • Help VARs build solution offerings that address customer needs, leveraging AI technologies effectively. 

Solution Design & Technical Advisory: 

  • Work with VARs to design solutions that meet specific customer requirements, integrating AI technologies across cloud, edge computing, data analytics, and hardware platforms. 
  • Provide technical assistance and ensure solutions are optimized for end-users. 

Partner Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VARs, understanding their business models, strengths, and challenges. 
  • Foster collaboration between VARs and technology vendors like IBM, Nvidia, and Microsoft. 

Go-to-Market Planning: 

  • Support VARs in developing marketing strategies and campaigns for AI solutions. 
  • Co-create sales enablement tools, product collateral, and demos to help VARs effectively position AI solutions to their customers. 

Arrow Ecosystem Advocacy: 

  • Promote Arrow's line card and ecosystem capabilities to VARs, ensuring they understand the breadth of offerings available. 
  • Drive adoption of Arrow’s tools, resources, and programs to simplify VAR workflows and improve profitability. 

Market Insights & Feedback Loop: 

  • Provide market feedback to Arrow and technology vendors regarding product needs, gaps, and opportunities identified by VARs. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging AI technologies to keep VARs ahead of the competition. 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: 

  • Track and report VAR performance metrics, including revenue growth, solution deployment success rates, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Identify areas for improvement and additional support needed to drive mutual success. 

This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.  A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, data analytics, cloud computing, edge computing, and related hardware and software solutions. 
  • Experience in sales or business development in the channel. Experience working in distribution is preferred.
  • Experience working with solutions from IBM, Nvidia, Microsoft, and other vendors relevant to Arrow’s line card. 
  • Hands-on systems experience in data storage, virtualization, business intelligence, AI is preferred.
  • Ability to design and recommend technical solutions for customer use cases and challenges. 
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align technology solutions with VAR and end-customer business objectives throughout different industries (healthcare, manufacturing, retail, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication abilities. 
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technologies for non-technical audiences. 
  • Self-driven and motivated to help VARs succeed in selling and implementing AI solutions. 
  • Adaptable and willing to learn about new products and technologies as they emerge. 
  • Collaborative mindset to work with diverse stakeholders (VARs, vendors, Arrow teams). 
  • Certification in AI technologies or related fields is a plus (e.g., Nvidia Deep Learning Institute certifications, Microsoft Azure AI certifications, IBM AI certifications)

Work Arrangement

Denver Candidates- Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site.

All other Candidates - Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$138,900.00 - $247,504.97

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
