Job DescriptionRole Description:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Planning Insight Lead to deliver high-quality pricing, proposition, and market share insights to UK Telco clients. This role requires a strong understanding of key industry trends and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. The Planning Insight Lead will play a key role in client engagement, delivering insights that inform pricing, trading, and proposition strategies, while also mentoring a team of analysts.Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UK Telco market trends, pricing strategies, and the competitive landscape.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring tailored insights meet their strategic needs.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and anticipate market shifts to inform client strategies.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovative approaches within the team.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of market pricing and proposition insights to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering professional growth and high-quality output.
Requirements: - 3+ years of Insight or commercial strategy experience in the Telco sector.
- Proven ability to use market insights to drive business strategy and decision-making.
- Strong experience in the UK Telecoms sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for numerical analysis.
- Passion for insight, market intelligence, and effective communication.
- Positive work outlook and strong interpersonal skills.
