Location: Europe - remote
While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, or Ireland.
This is a full-time, remote position. Please note that we do not engage on a B2B or contractor basis.
About
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Legal Counsel with an expertise in Employment with some experience in Compliance & Privacy throughout EMEA to join our Legal & Finance team and play a key role in supporting our people operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the region.
This opportunity involves advising on employment law and data privacy matters across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, leading compliance initiatives, and partnering closely with HR, leadership, and external counsel. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our policies, contracts, and internal processes are legally sound, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment, enjoys working at the intersection of law, people, and policy, and is passionate about helping innovative businesses grow responsibly.
