The Inventory Associate will be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy through cycle counting, managing inbound receiving, and ensuring efficient put-away processes. This role is essential to maintaining proper stock levels and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Manage and track all incoming shipments, verifying materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Oversee the put-away process for inbound inventory, ensuring timely and accurate placement in designated storage locations.
  • Maintain organized and clean inventory storage areas in accordance with safety and operational standards.
  • Assist with inventory audits and physical inventory counts as needed.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Utilize inventory management systems and tools for data entry and tracking.
  • Leverage previous and verifiable experience with inventory management/ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Perform basic tasks using Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Perform other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite) is strongly preferred.
  • Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift experience required.
  • Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to work rotating Saturdays.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

Compensation Range
$21—$25 USD
