We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across multiple commercial project sites in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Some assignments may require overnight stays.

Responsibilities:

-Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control devices in commercial buildings

-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine system layouts

-Test and inspect electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning

-Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues; perform necessary repairs or replacements

-Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

-Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on job sites

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or in a similar role

-Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings

-Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems

-Familiarity with hand tools and electrical testing equipment

-Understanding of high voltage systems and safety protocols

-Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

-Ability to read and understand schematics

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

-Strong communication and teamwork abilities
