COPAC is part of LATAM new regional configuration, this specific segment of our business, has an important accountability to drive business impact in +24 countries, multiplying also the opportunities in a critical institutional driven market (55%) and our retail avenge (45%)
Local positions will keep driving the collaboration to translate a unique and complex environment into a potential ground to develop strong game changer allies whom accelerate and inspire our consolidation as a new LATAM region at the service of our patients.

This position is entitled of leading the Rare Disease/EP promotional/commercial team to achieve sales target of the assigned product portfolio and indication. Also drives the overall performance, safeguards growth indicators and looks after the strategic discipline in the execution.
Main responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage and grow a network of trust-based relationships with external stakeholders (opinion leaders, scientific societies, distributors, and other customers) to generate insights, managing expectations and actions through genuine partnerships within Sanofi’s.
- Opportunities Scout: Identify and qualify high value opportunities within their assigned territory by working directly with critical external stakeholders to develop and drive growth strategies, team-to-team alignment, and executive relationships together with internal cross-functional team members.
- Strategy Gatekeeper: develop the promotional strategy and promotional grid, implementing reward systems to recognize achievement of key actions.
- Cross-functional leadership: positive influencing and coordinating diverse teams (MSL, Medical, RA, others) and engaging effectively with wide range of stakeholders across different cultural and regulatory landscapes.
- Strategic Discipline: oversee and coordinate the implementation of marketing and communication action plans for strategic products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- ROI and smart investment: decision making for current base business and new markets or opportunities while implementing a smart-investment culture
- Customer Engagement Strategy Execution: Monitor and enhance the execution of Customer Engagement strategies in the field, improving sales force effectiveness metrics across digital and physical channels.
About you
- Experience: Sales & Commercial Background: proven solid senior and dynamic sales / promotional / commercial experience in Pharma/biopharma or HealthCare industry.
- Specialties business Acumen: understanding of specialties markets, competition, future market trends and entire local healthcare ecosystem.
- Customer Centric Mindset: Demonstrated strategic thinking capability, formulation of brand plans from short to long term horizon and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty is essential while understanding and prioritizing the customer’s needs and preferences.
- Cross-funtional collaboration: Demonstrated operational marketing skills collaborating with the sales team and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
- Omnichannel & GTM INFIELD application: Experience with omnichannel approaches and can execute customer engagement through appropriate channels using insights.
- Ecosystem & stakeholder Management: Demonstrated a solid experience on key opinion leaders’ engagement and management plan, distributors, and general health final customers.
- Promotional Accountability: proven successful experience in P&L and resource management
- Transformation and Change Management: proven experience in leading or accompanying workforce transformations and propelling new ways of working.
- Build High Performance Culture: proven experience in leading teams performance and a clear people chapter/agenda to continuously optimize performance, raise the bar and create a sustainable high performing culture.
- Soft and Technical skills: Analytical: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data and insights into actionable strategies. This includes a deep understanding of how to leverage an integrated customer engagement approach for maximum impact.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data analytics to inform decision-making processes, especially in identifying and prioritizing customer segments for targeted marketing strategies. Get valuable insights from data that can help lead to new solutions for the customer.
- Leadership and Communication: Cross-functional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and coordinating diverse teams and engaging effectively with wide range of stakeholders across different cultural and regulatory landscapes.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Can dynamically adjust priorities due to changing circumstances, market conditions and resolving complex issues with creative and effective solutions, particularly in the context of supply chain challenges and market entry strategies.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English for career development
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree
