THE OPPORTUNITY
Bring across your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to manage a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support. As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will facilitate effective workplace co-ordination of a timely and safe return to work plan through personalised face-to-face assistance, promoting an injured worker’s recovery.
This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Adelaide office with the flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and drive RTW plans while liaising with a variety of stakeholders to ensure Return to Work outcomes
- Adopt a service-orientated approach that is focused on early intervention to coach and educate employers around the health benefits of returning to work
- Conduct purposeful community-based visits to worksites or medical clinics at initial stages of a claim to deliver face to face assistance to workers and employers
- Provide accurate information that is consistent and easy to understand to coach and educate employers around the health benefits and impacts of returning to work
ABOUT YOU
- Passionate and committed with excellent communication to provide high-quality service in a face to face setting
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and work closely with a wide range of customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent customer service skills including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
- Strong computer and records management skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
- Current driver’s license and a 5 star ANCAP rating vehicle
