We are currently looking for an Customer Journey Intern to join our team in 5290 Orbitor Dr, Mississauga, ON, L4W 4Z5.
A Day in the Life:
Working with the Customer Journey team, you will obtain valuable insights into the functions of a corporate level Customer Journey management program. You will have the opportunity to support key customer facing programs, generate insights from customer and sales data, and create presentations to steer Nissan Canada Inc.’s Customer Journey into a best-in-class team.
Support the Customer Journey team in the launch of new programs as well as ongoing programs designed to improve the Customers’ overall experience at a retailer level and/or national level.
Collaborate and assist with communication campaigns, partnering with cross-functional team members, including Marketing, Sales Ops, C&I and the NCF/IFS departments to ensure alignment on strategy.
Assist in the creation of customer journeys and support Project Management of programs such as App development, E-commerce and more.
Track individual campaign budgeting and reports on campaign results.
Generate periodic reports to measure effectiveness of strategic and tactical Customer Journey Programs.
Assist with creative reviews and monthly dealer bulletins.
Who We're Looking For:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills required
Knowledge of statistical concepts is ideal, but not required
Beginner Microsoft PowerPoint skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
Ability to take initiative to improve existing reports and processes
