JOB SUMMARY

Design tools of mobile phone components with PRO/E disassembly module independently, complexity degree is similar to front cover tool. Design 2D components drawing for core block and cavity block, slide core, insert of battery cover and button tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Design tools of mobile phone components with PRO/E disassembly module independently, complexity degree is similar to front cover tool, included 2D assembly drawing, 2D components drawing, 3D dimension marked and 3D components coloring.
·         Design repairing tools' drawing. Design ECN drawing of front cover, battery cover, button tools.
·         Define Design Notification and BOM list.
·         Evaluate tool structure and construct DFM.
·         May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
·         Familiar with PRO/E disassembly module.
·         Familiar with tool structure.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
·         College degree or above
·         Tooling or mechanical major
·         Minimum 3 years related experience.
·         Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
