Position Summary
This position is based in Vienna and is reporting to Manager Financial Reporting & Controlling. You will be working within the accounting group ensuring accounting compliance in Europe. You will be collaborating with other team members of the team located across Europe and partnering cross-functionally to achieve the roles objectives. Primary Responsibilities
This position will execute tasks within the Financial Reporting and Controlling function that include the following:
- Executing and reviewing accounting transactions and account reconciliations.
- Preparing and analyzing quarterly reconciliation and fluctuations.
- Support on period-end reporting for both Tyson fiscal year requirements and local GAAP reporting requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assisting with execution of other needed financial transaction and reporting needs.
- Work in accordance with financial policies, controls, and procedures.
Requirements
• University degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting; or relevant qualification in accounting.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required, preferably in a multinational company.
• Full working proficiency in English. German, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Effective communicator, verbally and in written form, with high impact and structure.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and SAP (SAP S4 Hana is a plus).
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving competence.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
