Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in software developer, IT Service Management Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, +3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of applications technology in direct responsibility.
• ITIL Foundation
• Oracle SQL Dev experience
• C# or Java
• App troubleshooting
• .Net code debug
• Batch/bash scripts developing (for both .bat & sh)
• General understanding of related technologies.
• Customer Service/Vendor Management.
