The Sr. Business Analyst will join the Sales Planning Team building quantitative models that drive scaled growth, optimize business processes and assist cross-functional project management and execution. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Sales Planning and will support annual planning for the Partner and Pre-Sales Organization and build sales forecasting models.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership to build HubSpot’s annual sales plan, including Partner and Pre-Sales headcount and KPI targets
- Work cross-functionally to support actionable, measurable programs that increase the Partner and Pre-Sales productivity
- Build quantitative models to set demand KPI targets for our inbound channels like marketing, partner, business development reps, and ecommerce
- Build complex quantitative models to forecast in-year ARR, including advocating for programs and plays will drive growth
- Identify risks to the business, work cross-functionally to build solutions, and integrate to forecast future sales performance for quarterly business reviews
- Leverage BI software (Looker) to analyze data and bring unique business insights to drive HubSpot’s scaled growth
We are looking for people who have:
- Have 5+ years of professional experience in business consulting and/or analytics
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage raw-unorganized data into actionable insights
- An insatiable curiosity to understand how to scale a high growth SaaS business
- Expert level Excel/google sheets and intermediate SQL knowledge
- Comfort with data visualization software experience (Looker, Tableau, etc)
- Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
- Proficient in English (English is the business language in HubSpot - This is a core requirement of the role)
Above And Beyond Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Modeling expertise using Anaplan
- Familiarity with R/Python
- Headcount and revenue planning experience
