Question #2: What are the company's values? What qualities do you look for in employees to represent these values?
Find out more about the company culture. You will find out what is important to the company as a whole and what it values in individual employees.

It is important that you get a feeling for what the person you are talking to thinks about working at the company. If you're enthusiastic about what you're doing, that's a good sign. If not, you should mention that too.
Question #4: What does success look like in this position and how do you measure it?
It's important to know exactly how a company measures success. What are the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the job? How and how often are they measured?
Question #5: Are there opportunities for professional development? If so, what do they look like?
With this question you want to find out whether there are options for Further development and whether the company has a learning and development program. Stagnation is a big warning sign, so be vigilant.

This question will help you get a better sense of who your employees will be. Write down names and ask for titles. It is important to assess how cross-functional the role is.

It's just as important to know the good sides as the not so good. You need to understand the magnitude of the problems you will be dealing with.
Question #8: Is there anything on my resume that makes you question whether I am suitable for this position?
This question shows that you are very interested in the position and are making an effort to understand your chances as an applicant. This also gives you the opportunity to address any concerns you may have. It's best to ask this question at the end interview to find out where you are in the application process.
