Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Senior Enterprise Architect Infrastructure & Cloud.

Description:

The Senior Enterprise Architect Infrastructure & Cloud manages the Core Architect and Engineering staff for Network, Systems, Applications, and End User Computing technologies. Manages the Architect and Engineering team in order to produce enterprise level solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manages Architect and Engineering staff across multiple IT disciplines to produce complete solutions that work across all IT verticals.
• Responsible for providing architectural standards for all systems and applications.
• Responsible to provide guidance, leadership, and technical expertise in the Information Technology field.
• Manages the creation of technical systems architecture for all enterprise application, infrastructure, and platform solutions.
• Responsible for translating business requirements into specific system application or process designs.
• Chairs the architect and design meetings with each IT vertical in order to establish collaboration and consistency in all provided services.
• Responsible for Problem Resolution of issues that arise from service disruptions, or other causes related to architected solutions.
• Responsible to stay abreast of current security landscape, and work collaboratively with Risk teams to foster security in all defined solutions.
• Responsible for supporting IT Response, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery processes as they pertain to the continuity of operations within IT Services Division, or to support continuity of operations for the enterprise when IT Services are essential to support restoration or recovery activities.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining systems and applications in alignment with SBNA security controls and standards related to protecting sensitive data for compliance with Gramm Leach Bliley Act (GLBA).
• Responsible for adhering to Software Development Lifecycle policies, standards, and processes.

Education / Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or 15+ years of IT experience.
• Experience managing multiple IT disciplines.
• Experience in project management, creation of project definition, scope, and deliverables.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise systems.
• Strong verbal/written skills and the ability to effectively interface with internal business clients, operations teams, technical engineering teams, internal audit, regulators, and senior management.
• Highly Self-motivated and directed.

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
