Tacony Corporation is on the lookout to find their next Assembler to join the team in St. James, MO. If you enjoy working with your hands and building a quality product from start to finish, then look no further. This position works Monday - Thursday from 6:00 AM-4:30 PM and will be eligible for a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401K matching, education assistance program and a referral program. The Assembler is responsible for producing quality products in accordance with Tacony manufacturing standards.

What You'll Do:

• Perform various assembly tasks within quality standards
• Meet tact time assigned to each assembly station
• Cross train to work in other areas of production as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned 

What You'll Need:        

• High school diploma required
• Previous assembly experience preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work at various workstations/lines as needed based on production schedule
• Must exhibit a positive attitude, team spirit, cooperation and a willingness to learn
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel or crouch for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, pull, walk, stretch, reach or lift over head
