R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. We are hiring for a Seasonal Production Associate to support the production team to assign and process work on the factory floor. The seasonal associate will be expected to work with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency and be an excellent communicator.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the factory through order assigning and processing 
  • Relay order information to the team members – QA team and jewelers, setters and polishers, in a timely manner with an attention to detail  
  • Record order information within the factory tracking program and ensure information is accurate and in accordance with our SOPs  
  • Help with collecting and distributing work throughout the factory and conveying information across teams as needed. 
     

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Works with a sense of urgency 
  • Clear communicator 
  • Microsoft word, excel, slack and general computer fluency 
  • Excellent at following directions 
  • Please note – this position is expected to work according to the factory’s seasonal schedule which includes several weekends in November and December 
  • Comfortable on your feet and behind a computer 
  • Spanish fluency preferred 

Base pay $17.50 - $18.50 hourly. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
