A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. The ideal candidate will have machine troubleshooting experience for electrical issues.

Job Summary
Performs a variety of duties for the facility including troubleshooting and repairing machines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as general electrical diagnosis and repair throughout the plant.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

* Maintain, service, troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical and electronic circuitry and related components associated with production equipment.
* Utilize electrical ladder diagrams, electronic circuitry diagrams, and software programs to modify, repair, or improve equipment functionality.
* Install, maintain and repair wiring, motors, lighting and electrical systems.
* Ability to work with machine shop equipment lathe, drill press, welding, and cutting equipment.
* Monitors, schedules, and documents preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Troubleshoot, install and repair pneumatic, hydraulic components.
* Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards at all times.
* Comply with safety rules and regulations.

* Requires frequent standing, walking, carrying, bending, stooping, grasping, and reaching; manual dexterity including hand/finger coordination.
* Ability to perform a volume of mechanical detail work with speed and accuracy.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., carry 50 lbs., push 100 lbs., pull 75 lbs.
* Exposure to noise; must wear hearing protection and safety shoes.
