Senior Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to provide accurate and timely financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the Company. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment while collaborating with a high-performing accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed assets for multiple business units
• Maintain operating/finance leases for multiple business units
• Reconcile, research and adjust inventory subledger
• Support annual physical inventory counts
• Assist with month-end close and complete monthly/quarterly reconciliations
• Analyze financial variances and make correcting entries
• Perform ad-hoc financial and quantitative analyses for business units and executives
• Ensure internal controls are effective and followed
• Communicate financial results clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• Knowledge and experience with ASC 842
• Strong General Ledger knowledge and ERP proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills; able to present financial results effectively.
• Leadership potential and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
