Commercial Lines Account Associate na Alera Group

Alera Group is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Specialist to join their team in Syracuse, New York. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

• Deliver exceptional client service by supporting new business, renewals, and day-to-day account needs.

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Carrier Partners to ensure effective communication and seamless program management.

• Maintain proficiency in client management systems (ImageRight, CSR24) and carrier websites for billing, endorsements, and loss runs.

• Manage correspondence and documentation accurately and on time to meet departmental standards.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and pursuing ongoing professional development.

• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills while modeling professionalism and leadership.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance

• Credentials: New York State P&C Insurance license

• Capabilities: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, AMS exposure, a plus

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
