Description

The Account Executive (AE) plays a critical role in driving SilverTech’s growth through new business development and relationship management. This role combines strategic selling and consultative engagement with proactive lead generation and qualification. The AE will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close—while collaborating with marketing, delivery, and partner teams to ensure client success.


What You'll Do


Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a consistent pipeline of opportunities aligned with company growth goals.
  • Lead discovery calls and solution presentations with prospective clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing team to execute targeted campaigns by vertical and service area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across target industries (finance/banking, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, insurance, and utilities).
  • Manage accurate and timely updates in CRM, ensuring visibility into all stages of the pipeline.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Partnership & Strategy 

  • Collaborate with SilverTech’s technology partners to develop joint sales opportunities and co-marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed on digital transformation trends and competitive landscapes in assigned industries.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

Team Collaboration 

  • Work closely with project management, delivery, and client success teams to ensure seamless handoff and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and target lists.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of sales experience in digital services, digital marketing technology, or digital agency environments. 
  • Proven success in full-cycle sales — from prospecting to closing six-figure deals. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and CX/CRM solutions. 
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. 
  • Experience managing pipelines in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). 
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales culture. 
  • Results-oriented with a drive for continual improvement and learning.
