Structural Heart Coordinator RN – Kissimmee, FL

• Full-Time | Days (3x12s, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | On-Call Required
• Pay: $36 – $48/hr (based on experience)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Heart Coordinator RN to join a leading cardiovascular care team in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. This role offers the opportunity to support advanced heart procedures and registry management, ensuring clinical excellence and data integrity in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-directed nursing professional with strong cardiovascular knowledge, data management expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through quality metrics and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Structural Heart Program registry data, including data integrity, reporting, and quality improvement.

• Collaborate with cardiology, surgical, and quality teams to support clinical excellence and compliance with national benchmarks.

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives based on evidence-based practice and registry results.

• Provide education to staff, physicians, and patients on program protocols and outcomes.

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) to manage and report data efficiently.

• Serve as a resource and liaison for structural heart procedures and related cardiovascular programs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current RN license in Florida or Compact state.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration.

• Five (5) years of recent acute care cardiovascular experience in data management, clinical analysis, or process improvement.

• BLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire.

• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility for on-call response.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with Structural Heart or Cath Lab programs.

• Familiarity with national registry systems and cardiovascular data platforms.
