What You’ll Do
As an Industrial Engineer, you’ll analyze and improve how Webco operates — combining data, technology, and process insight to make smart, cost-effective decisions. You’ll work across departments to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and enhance our performance in people, materials, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Study and evaluate business functions to optimize processes, systems, and resources.
Lead or contribute to initiatives analyzing revenue, cost structures, staffing, and product trends.
Use analytics and engineering methods to uncover root causes and recommend actionable solutions.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data systems and implement SAP solutions.
Model, document, and improve business workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Communicate findings and progress clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field (Accounting, Information Technology, or Manufacturing).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Access; SAP experience and programming ability preferred.
Professional Skills:
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment
You’ll divide your time between office and manufacturing settings — from data modeling to hands-on process observation. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration and innovation drive success.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent walking and standing in manufacturing areas, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to all PPE requirements.
