Maintenance Technician – Longhill Pointe Apartments (Fayetteville, NC)

Longhill Pointe Apartments, a 234-home community in Fayetteville, NC, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll be responsible for maintaining the property’s buildings, systems, and equipment to keep our community in excellent condition.

Experience diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems is strongly preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• EPA Certification (required for handling refrigerants)
• Strong HVAC skills including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of heat pumps
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented and reliable
• Comfortable with MS Office 365 and mobile tools
• Good communication skills; bilingual a plus
