Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to,): 

• Process lift ticket and season pass sales through window service point 

• Handle credit and voucher transactions accurately 

• Verify age and eligibility for discounted tickets 

• Direct guests to appropriate services (lessons, rentals, activities) 

• Maintain clean and organized window workspace 

• Work efficiently during morning rush periods 

• Communicate clearly through window despite weather conditions 

Required Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc) 

• Weekend availability required (Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday periods) 

• Basic computer and cash handling skills 

• Ability to work outdoors in all winter weather conditions 

• Clear speaking voice for communication through window 

• Punctual and reliable  

• Comfortable with repetitive transactions 

• Must be 16+ years of age 

Preferred Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc) 

• Experience with computers and/or Point-of-Sale systems preferred  

Position type and expected hours of work: 

• Part-Time   

• 4-6  hour shifts  

• Weekends and holidays are required
