You’ll oversee and support clinical operations within your assigned program, guiding a dedicated team of professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services. This leadership role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring program compliance, managing caseloads, and fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence. Requirements & Responsibilities

Master’s degree in a related clinical field (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Counseling).

Current Utah clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or equivalent) required.

Minimum of three years’ experience providing clinical supervision and program oversight.

Provide leadership, training, and support to clinical staff to ensure quality care.

Oversee client assessments, treatment planning, and service delivery.

Monitor compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.

Collaborate with program directors and interdisciplinary teams to achieve program goals.

Maintain accurate documentation and assist with performance improvement efforts.
