We Are Looking For

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth through data-driven pricing and margin analysis. You will monitor pricing performance across product categories, suppliers, and customers, providing insights that guide strategic decisions and improve price realization. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Sales Operations & Product Management who will help drive overall execution. The position offers cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to grow into broader pricing ownership as FDH Aero scales its capabilities.

 

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Analyze pricing, margin, and performance trends by product category, supplier, and customer to identify opportunities for margin expansion.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data tools to monitor pricing performance, program adoption, and compliance
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive profitability and support decision-making across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Support the design, testing, and rollout of pricing programs
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to ensure pricing policies and programs are executed effectively and achieve measurable gross margin improvements
  • Track and report on program performance, identifying areas for refinement and recommending adjustments to maximize impact.
  • Take ownership of specific pricing processes end-to-end, from analysis through execution to results tracking.
  • Identify and quantify margin improvement opportunities, ensuring all initiatives tie back to tangible business outcomes.
  • Develop materials and communications that make pricing strategies clear and actionable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Help define best practices for monitoring outcomes (realization accuracy, compliance adherence, cycle times).
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to improve pricing processes and drive incremental margin impact.
  • Support continuous improvement of pricing tools, systems, and governance processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

 

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or business analytics (distribution experience preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau); SQL is a plus
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets, build pricing/financial models, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with supply chain or B2B distribution models a plus


Special Requirements: 

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
