Description

Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist in the management of programs in an administrative capacity.  


As a Program Coordinator, you will:

· Support the day-to-day operations of the program.

· Maintain client relationships and communications through the development of written and oral program reports and regular updates as needed.

· Support trade allies to best identify their needs within the program.

· Analyze data, track energy savings, and report on progress toward goals.

· Review project submittals to verify compliance with program policies and procedures.


This position reports to the Program Manager and plays a key role in helping PSD achieve program goals, metrics, and KPIs.

What You Bring


Required:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or technical roles.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively manage teams.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· High proficiency in computer applications, including the full Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations.

· Demonstrated commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability in business or building contexts.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to team objectives.

· Commitment to continuous improvement, with a focus on identifying and implementing better approaches to work.

 

Additional Details

  • Physical Demands: Frequent computer use requiring periods of sitting and close audio-visual concentration. 
  • Work Environment: Office work performed in a collaborative environment with a high degree of independence. 
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal Travel less than 5%.
