Join the Genuine Parts Company (GPC) internship program and work on meaningful projects that drive our business forward!

Our 10-week summer internship program will be in person in Atlanta (some remote workdays available) and runs from June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026.

As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by rotating across several teams (3-4) within the Finance and Accounting department. The GPC internship program offers undergraduates an immersive leadership experience at a global Fortune 200 distribution company. Throughout the internship, you’ll work on meaningful projects, engage in networking and development activities, and conclude the program with a final presentation.

What you might be doing:

•Rotate through various Finance and Accounting teams (e.g., FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, SEC Reporting) to gain broad exposure
•Contribute to specific projects or initiatives relevant to their assigned departments
•Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing their internship experience and project outcomes
•Participate in networking events with senior leadership and peers, including training workshops and city-wide intern activities
•Engage in social and community service opportunities to build relationships and give back

What we’re looking for:

•At the time of your internship, you should be a rising 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related major
•Basic skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•3.25 GPA or above preferred
