Hourly Pay Range $14.69 - $24.48 - Full time School Year
To provide direct secretarial, clerical, and/or fiscal support services to the administrator in charge.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; and two year certificate from college or technical school and 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or a passing score on the secretarial competency assessment is required.
Language Skills: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrators, staff, customers, and the general public. Bi-lingual skills English/Spanish preferred.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages; ability add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to comprehend, retain and demonstrate new skills as they are learned
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must type 60 wpm, be skilled in word processing, document preparation and database management.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Publisher; experience with web page design or HTML, accurate typing and editing skills as demonstrated by a Passing score on a district clerical assessment or Microsoft Office certification in Excel and Word.
- A high level of organization required.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels including excellent listening skills.
