POSITION SUMMARY
Skilled IT Analyst to support our banking operations through advanced reporting, data analysis, and system integration. This role needs proficiency in IBM Cognos, SQL, and a solid understanding of programming languages, with a focus on financial data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cognos Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards
using IBM Cognos Analytics (Report Studio, Query Studio, Framework
Manager).
- SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract,
manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Programming Support: Collaborate with team members to integrate reporting
solutions with applications; contribute to scripting and automation tasks
using languages like Virtual Basic, Python and PowerShell.
- System Analysis & Design: Evaluate current IT systems and recommend
improvements or new technologies to enhance performance and user
experience.
- Implementation & Support: Assist in deploying new software or hardware solutions and provide ongoing support to users.
- Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot issues in reports
and data pipelines.
- Project Management: Lead or support IT projects, including timelines,
budgets, and resource allocation.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance, security,
and compliance standards.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: None
Computer Skills: Basic ability to operate computers and other standard office equipment.

- Proficiency in systems analysis, database management, and IT infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications
