  • Supports all activities associated with the development and construction of new renewable generation projects. 
  • Provides technical support for the development and execution of strategies to deliver sustainability solutions to customers. 
  • Assists with evaluation and due diligence on potential investments, acquisitions and other business evaluations and performs research.
  • Develops and maintains reports, presentations, project schedules and plans, and tracks project financials, invoicing and development and construction status of projects. 
  • Analyze financial models; provide summary of information to development team on analysis.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project assistance. 
  • Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy. Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the company.
  • Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities. Maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding company information. 
  • Attend work on a regular basis and support the company’s employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules. 
  • Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in engineering, business or related field.
  • Prior utility or energy industry experience helpful but not required.
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective project management skills. 
  • Effective analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects within tight deadlines.
  • Employment is contingent upon passing a post-offer background check and drug screen.
