Job Description
You will be the Electrical Engineer for the PAC-3 launcher program at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries, and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Engineer, you will be the primary technical contact supporting PAC-3 Launcher and Missile hardware obsolescence contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead Component Obsolescence Team serving as the primary technical point of contact for PAC-3 electronics hardware for Launcher and Missile.
• Help direct build-up of subassemblies after component LTB; LM and supplier
• Monitor production completion of LM “make” assemblies when consuming Obsolete components
• Awareness/tracking of configuration updates, system compatibility across missile, launcher, and sensor platforms
• Key interface with EvDev/Prod Obsolescence counterparts
• Key interface with Spares, Inventory, Failure Analysis, Reliability, Depot, to drive conversation on impact of obsolescence, config updates, and future needs
• Shape relationships and communication flow between all PAC-3 Obsolescence partners
• Semi-annual SOR: set agenda, coordinate with USG, guide power point slides development, run slide reviews, lead meeting

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience supporting internal meetings, prepare presentations, support capacity study/process improvements and support external meetings with Customers
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization and teaming skills are required
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
• Ability to travel approx. 10% of time
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
