Fox Valley Dental Spa is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to lead our new team and ensure an exceptional experience for both patients and staff. Our practice blends high quality dental care with a serene, spa-like environment—creating a space where patients feel calm, confident, and cared for.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily office operations, patient scheduling, and financial coordination.
- Lead and develop a team dedicated to outstanding patient service and clinical efficiency.
- Partner with providers to deliver an elevated, comfort-focused experience.
- Manage key business functions including payroll, reporting, and compliance.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in dental, medical, or medspa settings strongly preferred.
- Maintain deep knowledge of daily operations by tracking key performance metrics, monitoring office productivity, and driving progress toward established goals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for creating a welcoming environment that reflects our spa-inspired philosophy.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing staff in a customer focused environment (dental, med spa preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship building skills
- Outgoing personality, ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drive to promote the best dental care to our existing patients and potential new patients
