St. Barnabas Health System is looking for a Maintenance Technician for its Gibsonia Nursing Home location!

• Job Type: Full Time

What You Will Do:

• Experience in H.V.A.C. preferable but not required.
• Strong electrical/mechanical repair background is needed. 
• Nursing Home or related senior care experience is a plus
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveway
• Repairs the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested
• Assure that work assignments areas are clean and equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored before leaving the area
• Perform and complete preventative maintenance schedule as set forth by the supervisor
• Required to be on-call for emergency conditions/situations
