THE JOB:
As a Senior Deployment Engineer at Borgata, you will play a key role in implementing and upholding established IT standards and processes across the organization. Your expertise will ensure that our technology infrastructure remains robust and aligned with company goals.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirements

• Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identify new, less obvious solutions

• Document project metrics for presentation to Senior Management and coordinate tasks for deployments

• Act as project lead accordingly on assigned projects for necessary tasks

• Manage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibility

• Work with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product delivery

• Develop software automation scripts and documentation for deployments

• Ability to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementation

• Work on hardware/software issues on company and non-company supported devices

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Associate's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field required

• 4+ Years of experience in Information Technology in a similar role required

• Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$24.72

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s equity plan.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
