- Ensure all client requirements, approvals, reports, and compliance are up to date throughout the project
- Assist in coordinating project approvals and checklists
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, construction, business, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a professional design or construction-related role
- Experience with project management, budget management, and planning, with an understanding of basic accounting practices
- Skills in organization, prioritization, communication, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer and project management applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Ability to travel to other business locations when required
- Ability to work 50% of the time seated in an office environment
