• Build machine learning models and data science tools using Python and its open-source libraries.
• Collaborate with leadership to scope out potential machine learning use cases, prioritizing based on feasibility, level of effort, and potential impact.
• Conduct experimentation to make data-driven decisions while training models.
• Closely interact with stakeholders and other Data Scientists to optimize solutions for real, measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Bring To The Team...

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
• Intermediate (practical application) Ensemble models
• Advanced (applied theory) Understanding of experimental design
• Intermediate (practical application) Can execute unsupervised learning and data reduction with supervision (e.g. K-means, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Factor Analysis)
• Intermediate (practical application) Linear models
• Intermediate (practical application) Python
• Intermediate (applied theory) Experience using SQL in a business environment
• Advanced (practical application) Natural language processing
• Intermediate (practical application) git version tracking
• Advanced (practical application) Deploying/monitoring models in a production environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset, operating in a Data Science team serving as a profit-oriented, internal consultancy
