The CRM & Email Marketing Team manages the creation and distribution of global marketing emails via Marketo. This includes mapping user journeys, managing targeting lists, creating HTML emails and landing pages as well as analysing results. The team also handles integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Zoom, Workcast and LinkedIn, and coordinates postal mailings. They are responsible for setting up webinars, lead generation and nurture programs as well as liaising with the wider team on global marketing campaigns.
Purpose of Role
As a CRM & Email Marketing Analyst, you will assist with the responsibilities of the Email Marketing Automation platform. Primarily creating, updating and maintaining email and landing page content and templates for all email marketing activities.Responsibilities
- Using Marketo, be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining email content and templates for all email marketing activities including webinar promotion and event signup.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, reviewing briefs and collecting other requirements for implementation.
- Work closely with wider Email Marketing Team to ensure efficient flow of requests and implementation and to assist with scheduling of sends
- Work with the team, relevant areas of the firm and external agencies to support marketing initiatives across the business.
- Be aware of all financial promotion and other relevant legislation and consider its impact on our websites and online marketing material, with guidance from compliance and legal, including maintaining appropriate compliance records and any relevant procedure notes.
- Maintain an awareness of the digital and marketing environments and contribute ideas and proposals where appropriate.
- Conduct testing and reporting on email performance and signup rates.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to achieve Marketo Certified Expert within 12 months of starting the role
- Relevant marketing industry qualifications would be advantageous
Your knowledge and experience:
- Experience executing email campaigns and flows
- Good understanding of General Data Protection Legislation
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS / coding language
- Marketo user or experience using an ESP
- Experience with building emails with dynamic content & segmentation
- Experience within financial services (preferred)
