We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager.

The incumbent reports to the Chief Risk Officer and is responsible for the coordination, maintenance and management of special projects bank wide.

Essential Functions

• Lead, plan, and execute key projects, with a focus on bank systems implementations, and upgrades (e.g., core system updates, digital banking, loan origination, CRM).
• Facilitate the vendor selection process, scheduling and managing vendor demonstrations, conference calls and meetings.
• Lead and coordinate vendor due diligence activities in accordance with the bank's Vendor Management Program.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Provide clear, consistent, and timely communication to project stakeholders, including project teams, department heads, and executive leadership.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Prepare and present regular status reports.

Qualifications

• • Strong understanding of project management methodologies. 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a financial institution, is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with technical teams, business users, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
