🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
As our Community Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the property — leading operations, inspiring your team, and creating a welcoming environment for all. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily operations with professionalism and positivity
- Coaching and developing your team to thrive
- Managing budgets, rent collections, and resident communications
- Overseeing leasing processes and compliance
- Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal
- Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications
- Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement
👤 Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
