SUMMARY:
The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, social media and brand-building initiatives that support our healthcare organization’s growth, service line expansion, patient acquisition, community engagement and reputation management. The role bridges strategy and tactical program delivery across channels (digital, social, traditional, experiential) and works closely creative and paid media teams, clinical, operational, and business unit leaders to achieve measurable marketing and business outcomes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 5–8 years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in healthcare, integrated marketing, or multi-channel campaign management. They bring proven success in developing and optimizing cross-channel programs, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience leading agency partnerships and cross-functional collaboration to advance the brand across key segments. A proactive, results-driven marketing professional, they are a standout in their field and bring fresh, strategic energy. The role requires exceptional communication skills and expertise in social media strategy and best practices, with hands-on experience using social, digital, and brand research platforms such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Ads and Analytics. Experience in healthcare systems, knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, advertising compliance, patient privacy), and familiarity with CRM/marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Tableau) is a plus. Travel, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance are required per Lexington Clinic policy.
PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:
