Qualifications


Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Solid understanding of pediatric development, sensory integration, and rehabilitation principles

Preferred:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric occupational therapy experience in an acute, rehabilitation, or hospital setting
  • Experience with medically fragile, ventilator-dependent, or technology-assisted pediatric populations
  • Skilled in splinting, feeding interventions, and adaptive equipment use
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
