JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiter, under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, is responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing/approving staff requisitions, positing jobs, screening, recommending candidates, and serving as a backup for the Recruiting Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Partner with TAS to determine staffing needs, and make recommendations for qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and administer the appropriate assessments.
- Administer internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
- Create and place creative career ads to attract qualified talent.
- Assist with managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), provide support and training to supervisors and manager when necessary, and manage the flow of candidates as needed.
- Respond to employee and outside inquiries regarding pre-screening processes, employee onboarding, transfers, and job ads.
- Assist TAS Manager with reviewing resumes provided by outside agencies.
- Provide suggestions and feedback on HR processes for improved efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
- Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.
