Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivilent
• At least two years of experience in a clerical role; medical office clerical role preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrates the ability to engage consumers in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery.  Provides a welcoming lobby area.
2. Maintains a healthy, clean and safe lobby and front desk.  Maintains all required documentation for funders (i.e. ORR booklets, credentialing information, etc).
3. Ensures that the team has what they need in order to be successful (i.e. office supplies, an organized work environment, kitchen supplies, etc). 
4. Alerts management and maintenance immediately when needed.  Communicates outcomes with the team.
5. Communicates clearly and quickly with the team when needed.
6. Provides outstanding customer service.
7. Inputs, updates, and maintains the centralized schedule for ABA and Med Rehab services for assigned sites.
8. Answers calls, obtains insurance information, verifies authorizations, and schedules appointments as appropriate.  May be responsible for answering and triaging internal and external telephone calls as needed.
