About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial projects across Florida. You’ll oversee every phase — from estimating and scheduling to closeout — ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
You’ll serve as the key link between clients, field teams, and leadership to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Do
Manage multiple commercial electrical projects ($500K–$10M+)
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Florida Building Code
Conduct project meetings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Partner with field Superintendents and Foremen to maintain productivity
Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects
Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and Florida Building Code
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 certification required
