Administrative Field Support Specialist
Colorado Springs Utilities is currently hiring a dynamic, innovative, and self-starter to join our Operations Work Management team as an Administrative Field Support Specialist. In this job, you will provide a wide variety of support and services to the Gas Department, Field Operations, Dispatch, Service Center, Customer Revenue, and external contractors.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Support activities to include: system data accuracy, scheduling activities, project management, reconciling work performed by field technicians, and error management
- Track the collection and/or receipt of documents; liaison between Pikes Peak Regional Building (PPRBD) and contractors to ensure compliance and completion of hazards
- Strong customer service skills, especially over the telephone
- Analyze and interpret data to identify and correct errors by field technicians to ensure data and billing accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues by gathering and researching data; analyze data to come to conclusions or recommendations
- Maintain Power BI data for tracking and reporting accuracy
- Assist through research and evaluation for a specific department or division
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure accurate scheduling through utility systems
- Work closely with internal teams and the Gas Department through customer interactions to schedule appointments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
