About the role
Deliver daily support via email and phone to merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders on account-related queries.
What you'll own
Stakeholder Support: Deliver daily support via email and phone to merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders on account-related queries.
Process Engagement: Participate in multiple finance processes to support merchant account management, including billing operations and suspension workflows.
Commission Management: Assist in managing commissions through platforms such as EPPE.
Debt Collection Support: Collaborate with the UK-based debt collection team to support processes for IP merchants.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and share accurate reports and trackers related to accounts, EPPE, and Freedom Pay.
Oracle Coordination: Engage regularly with the Oracle team to resolve AR/AP issues.
Product Understanding: Acquire knowledge of IP products to enhance support effectiveness.

Customer & Partner Engagement: Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, Teams, and SFDC, ensuring timely and professional resolution of billing, pricing, and account issues.
Terminal Order Management: Manage terminal orders, track inventory, and maintain records to support operational efficiency.
Invoice & Statement Processing: Verify and process invoices and statements, maintain trackers, and resolve discrepancies.
Pipeline & Forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage pipeline data and generate accurate forecasting reports.
Audit & Compliance: Conduct audits on pricing, tagging, and SIM usage to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Continuous Improvement: Seek guidance, apply feedback, and pursue learning opportunities to enhance product, process, and tool knowledge.
