Christian Home Services is a trusted name in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions, proudly serving homeowners across Bucks County, Montgomery County and North East Philadelphia. We’re growing and looking for a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our residential installation team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute residential HVAC system installations (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and more)
• Supervise and mentor junior installers and apprentices
• Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
• EPA Certification required; NATE certification a plus
• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
