Accounting Reconciler presso Sunday River

Sunday River is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused Accounting Reconciler to support our resort operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure accuracy in sales and receipts across multiple departments, verify discounts and complimentary products, and provide coaching to point-of-sale team members. Your work keeps our financial systems accurate and our teams informed — an essential part of creating the exceptional guest experience we’re known for. 

• Verify daily sales and receipts for point-of-sale locations across the resort 

• Review and confirm all discount and complimentary products, ensuring proper documentation and reporting discrepancies as needed 

• Complete clerical and administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general organization 

• Provide guidance and coaching to sellers on correct POS procedures and best practices 

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and data 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills 

• Accounting or cash-handling experience preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person 

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to accuracy   

Compensation & Benefits 

• Wages range from $19.50 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications with room for professional growth and advancement
