Job Summary | The Loan Documentation Specialist - Pre Close will support our lending staff in preparing and processing essential loan documents for many types of loans, including retail, commercial, agricultural, and home equity lines of credit. |
|
|
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: | - Gathers and prepares loan documents to be passed at the closing of the loan
| - Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records, and/or other documents pertaining to the financial transaction records
| - Arranges and prepares loan documents to help ensure collectability of the loan
| - Ensures that all required documents, forms, and agreements are collected and accurate
| - Completes all tasks in compliance with federal and state rules and regulations and company policies
| - Ensures the loan is properly funded in accordance with the loan closing statement
| - Properly files and stores loan and supporting documents in compliance with retention guidelines and company policies and procedures
| - Obtains and records data points needed to monitor and report compliance with various regulations, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA)
